ANOTHER building will rise at the Cebu Business Park (CBP) this year.
Located at the corner of Cardinal Rosales Ave. and Samar Loop, it will house the regional office of the Aboitiz-led Union-bank of the Philippines and a branch offering full banking services.
This comes after another bank, HSBC, located at the newest structure at the CBP, the two-storey Taft Financial Center (TFC), opens today.
TFC's other locators are Taft Property Venture Development Corp., Grand Holiday and Tours and Wealthbank Banking Corp. In a statement, Taft Property Venture property manager Red Castro said: "The Cebu Business Park is the business capital of Cebu, and security here is very good."
In an interview, Rene Almendras, president of CBP owner Cebu Holdings Inc., said CBP still has 11 lots for sale.
He said more buildings are needed in the area for locators as all existing buildings are fully occupied. JBN |
