AGSB Cebu offers 2 MBA programs:

I. Standard MBA Program

This program is a leadership and management program that equips the early

  • career professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career path. The applicant must have at least 2-year work experience. This program is designed to sharpen your business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Made up of a total 19 courses (52 units in total)
  • 5 pre-MBA courses, 11 core courses, 2 electives and a final integrating course
  • There are 3 trimesters per year and in each trimester, the student can take 1 subject but a
    • Maximum of 3 subjects is allowed

II. Regis MBA Program

This program is an accelerated executive program that uses a facilitated learning mode designed to deliver a high-quality, high-impact executive MBA to workplace-based, experience-driven professionals who are prepared to take on the challenges of today’s rapidly changing competitive environment.

  • The applicant must have at least 5-year work experience in the management level
  • Requires a total of 14 courses (42 units in total),  made up of 12 core courses and 2 electives. There are 5 terms each year and each term lasts for 8 weeks.
  • The regular load is 1 subject per term, but a maximum of 2 courses is allowed.

All classes are also offered only on weekends, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. In both programs, each course/subject meets once every other week.  Basically the approach is modular with specified daily learning outcomes for both programs.

On average, both programs can be completed in about 2.3 years.

Both are non-thesis programs, with an integrating Strategic Management paper as the terminal requirement.
